It is best to compare the OEM number, diameter, width, ET, bolt pattern, and center bore with the data intended for the given car version. It is also worth checking the brake size, body type, suspension version, and the presence of TPMS sensors. For complete wheel sets, tire size compatibility on a given axle also matters.

What symptoms indicate a problem with a rim or wheel accessory?

Typical symptoms include steering wheel vibration, difficulties with balancing, uneven tire wear, or leaks at the tire-rim interface.
