Purpose and function of the roof grab handles

The presented set of roof grab handles has been designed as an interior equipment component for F01, F02, and F07 GT series models. The handle is mounted on the right and left side of the cabin, providing passengers with stable support when entering, exiting, and during the ride. The grey finish of the handles allows for harmonious matching with typical upholstery and headliners used in these BMW generations, ensuring the set integrates well with the factory interior styling.

Construction and fitment for BMW

The set of handles belongs to the Window cranks, handles and door mounts category, which means it is designed for durable mounting within the body and interior. The construction of the handles is prepared for compatibility with factory mounting points in the headliner, which facilitates installation and reduces the need for additional modifications. The placement of the mounts and the geometry of the handles are adapted to the specifics of the F-series body, which allows for maintaining the correct headliner line and does not interfere with the operation of other equipment elements, such as sun visors or interior lighting.

Benefits of using original BMW handles

Using original roof grab handles in the BMW F01, F02, and F07 GT allows for maintaining the visual and functional consistency of the interior. The main advantages of this solution include:

• secure, stable mounting in factory mounting points,
• properly selected handle operating angle, improving grip ergonomics,
• color and material consistency with other headliner elements,
• preservation of the original BMW cabin character without the "universal retrofit" effect. Thanks to this, the set of handles will work well both when replacing damaged elements and when restoring the interior to a factory-like condition after body and paint repairs.

Condition of elements and service application

The offered set comes from the group of used parts, which makes it a reasonable choice for service repairs where functionality, fitment, and cost control are important. These types of elements are particularly useful for:

• replacing handles after mechanical or wear-related damage,
• replacing missing interior elements after headliner removal,
• cabin renovation in fleet or heavily used vehicles. Choosing original roof grab handles allows you to avoid problems with shape mismatch, mounting looseness, or color differences that often appear when using universal replacements.

Expanding equipment in the same group

If you are planning a comprehensive repair or upgrade of the door and headliner zone in your BMW and need other elements from the same group, such as additional handles, mounts, or cranks, check the available parts in the BMW window cranks, handles and door mounts category.
