Purpose and body fitment

The presented window is designed specifically as a component for the rear right body section of the Toyota Avensis T270 model. Its placement in this area of the vehicle ensures proper stiffening of the side structure and correct interaction with seals, guides, and upholstery elements. Thanks to the factory edge profile, the window works with original mounts, which facilitates installation and helps maintain body tightness. This is particularly important when replacing after a collision or mechanical damage, where precise restoration of factory geometry is essential.

Characteristics of the dark AS3 glass

The dark AS3 standard glass provides increased protection against excessive sunlight in the rear part of the cabin. This type of window limits light penetration and improves thermal comfort, which is noticeable especially during long trips and when parked in the sun. The tinting also affects the privacy of passengers and transported luggage, making it difficult to see into the vehicle interior. At the same time, adequate transparency from the inside is maintained, which supports safe maneuvering and observation of the surroundings in the mirrors.

Benefits of using an original Toyota window

The original side window for the Toyota Avensis T270 ensures:

• consistent fit to the body lines and factory seals,
• stable optical parameters, without image distortion,
• compatibility with factory interior trim elements. For the user, this means predictable vehicle behavior in terms of body rigidity, tightness, and acoustic comfort. Original glass from the Car windows group also means a lower risk of installation problems compared to random replacements.

Used condition and practical application

The item comes from dismantling, which allows for combining reasonable repair costs with maintaining the manufacturer's original specifications. For many users, this is a beneficial solution for point damage, such as cracks or scratches on the rear passenger side window. Choosing a used OEM window is particularly sensible for post-accident repairs, where the priority is to restore the factory look and functionality without overstretching the budget. A properly selected element allows for maintaining visual consistency with the other windows in the vehicle.
